An exclusive POTC two pack Jack Sparrow and Will Turner. Neither one is smiling, but I think Turner has a smirk on his face. Found it at Hot Topic. Say what you will, you can find some cool stuff at the place

I also thought the only variants were with the Sparrow figure and not with Will Turner.

Turner has two different heads that you can switch back and forth also

most of the time i go to buy clothes there....

....never even saw the toys....the only thing missing from that place now is bult in grocery store

Actually I menat the individual Will Turner figure - it came with the alternate head.

Sparrow had the two different heads, but they were sold as regular/variant versions.
